Geneseo's Class of 2026 to graduate on May 24

Geneseo High School’s Class of 2026 will celebrate its graduation on Sunday, May 24, at 3 p.m. The commencement ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors at Bob Reade Field.

Please note that in the event of rain or inclement weather, the date and time will remain the same, but the location will shift to the high school’s main gym.

Graduation Parade

We are excited to continue a tradition that began in 2020! Prior to the commencement ceremony, Geneseo will host a parade starting at 1 p.m.

  • The parade begins at the Fareway parking lot.

  • Route: Graduates will travel past Millikin Elementary, Southwest Elementary, Northside Elementary, St. Malachy, and Geneseo Middle School before arriving at Geneseo High School. A route map is provided below for your reference.

  • Family members, friends, teachers and staff will be located along the route to cheer on the graduates and celebrate their achievements.

Tickets

  • Each graduate will receive eight (8) tickets for guest admission. However, tickets are only required for entry if the ceremony is moved indoors due to weather.
