Geneseo High School presents "Parents Just Don't Understand"

If you’ve ever looked at your teenager and thought, “I just don’t understand!” then this show is for you!

Geneseo High School invites parents, families, and the entire community to enjoy Bryan Starchman’s hilarious comedy, "Parents Just Don't Understand."

Filled with the familiar misunderstandings, frustrations, and funny moments that come with being a teenager—or raising one—this entertaining production promises plenty of laughs and relatable moments for audiences of all ages.

Come support the talented students of Geneseo High School and enjoy an evening of laughter, memories, and great high school theater. Whether you’re a parent, student, family member, or community theater fan, there’s something to enjoy in this fun-filled production.

The show will be performed at the high school’s DePauw Theatre (700 N. State Street, Geneseo, IL) on three dates:

  • Friday, October 23 — 7 p.m.

  • Saturday, October 24 — 7 p.m.

  • Sunday, October 25 — 3 p.m.

There will be no advance ticket sales. All general admission tickets will be sold at the door.
