Geneseo High School will once again welcome veterans and active-duty military members on Veterans Day for a special tribute honoring their service and sacrifice.
On Tuesday, November 11, students and staff will come together in the school’s concert hall for the annual Veterans Day assembly, a longstanding tradition recognizing the courage, commitment and contributions of those who have served our nation.
All veterans and active-duty service members are invited to attend as honored guests. Refreshments will be served at 9:30 a.m., giving guests time to visit and connect before the program begins at 10:10 a.m.
The ceremony will include performances by the GHS choir and band, a guest speaker and other special tributes, all aimed at expressing the school community’s appreciation for the men and women who have served to protect our freedoms.
