Halloween Movie Night:
All students are invited to a Halloween Movie Night! Join us tonight in the Theatre. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and admission is 2 - cans of food or any non-perishable food items. The movie being shown is Hocus Pocus. Students are also encouraged to dress up in a school appropriate Halloween costume. All food collected will be donated to the Geneseo-Atkinson Food Pantry. Don’t miss out on a fun movie night!
Starbooks Café:
The library will be hosting our monthly Starbooks Cafe before school on Tuesday. Stop in to discuss book recommendations and we will have hot beverages. Any readers welcome.
Thespian Meeting:
There will be an important meeting for all Thespians on Wednesday, November 1st in the DePauw Theatre from 3:15 to 4:00 p.m. Important information will be shared and there are topics to be voted on.
Monmouth College Visit:
On Thursday, November 2nd Monmouth College will be visiting Geneseo High School during 6th hour. If you are interested in meeting with Rylee from Monmouth, please visit the counseling office for more details and to sign up. You must sign up before to obtain a pass and confirm the visit will be taking place.
Aisle of Flags:
Are you looking for more Silver Cord hours? We are in need of students to help put out Flags at City Park for Veterans Day. Veterans Day is Saturday, November 11. Flags go up at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and come down at 2:00 p.m. Many volunteers are needed. Sign up in the GHS Front Office if you would like to volunteer for Aisle of Flags.
