Senior Baby Photos:
Attentions Seniors – Last Call for Baby Photos: Remind your parents to submit your baby photo for the Senior class presentation. Photos are to be emailed to kvanvooren@geneseoschools.org. If you are not able to email a photo, you are welcome to bring one to the library to be scanned. The deadline to submit a photo is Friday, April 19th. Photos will not be accepted after the deadline.
Class Officer Petitions:
Attention Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors: Would you like to be your Class President, Vice-President, Secretary or Treasurer for the 2024-25 school year? Class Officer petitions are now available. Pick one up from Mrs. Laingen in Room 19 or Mrs. Brewer in Room 26. All petitions need 25 signatures and must be returned by Thursday, April 25. Candidates will be placed on a ballot for a class election. Class officers are members of the Student Council and are expected to fulfill all membership duties.
Attention Sophomores:
Are you interested in designing the Geneseo Football T-shirt for next year? If so, please look for informational posters around the school for specific design criteria. Designs are due to Mrs. Degarmo by May 1st at 3:00 p.m.
Gray Matters:
On Friday we will have a Gray Matters meeting in the Theatre during WIN.
Link Crew:
Attention Sophomores and Juniors! Are you interested in joining Link Crew for the 2024-2025 school year? Do you want to gain leadership skills, get to know upperclassmen, and build bonds with the incoming Freshman? If you answered yes to any of those questions then Link Crew is for you! There is an informational meeting for all students who are interested in applying for Link Crew on Friday, April 19th at 7:40 AM in the Theatre. Current Link Crew leaders must reapply for next school year! If you cannot make the meeting you are still eligible and can apply! Scan the QR code outside of Mrs. Degarmo's room or Mrs. Snook's room to apply. All applications are due by April 28th by Midnight. If you have questions see Mrs. Snook or Mrs. Degarmo.
Silver Cord Opportunity:
ICC has a volunteer opportunity for 4 students on Friday, May 3 from 3-4 p.m. We need students who are able to help load yard sale items into our bus following our yard sale on that date. The location will be at Inspire Continuing Care, 218 S. State Street. Interested students can email Jenn Johnson at: inspirecontinuingcare@gmail.com
Gymnastics:
There will be a meeting in the GFAC Classroom on Thursday, April 25th at 8:15 a.m. for all planning to be involved in the GHS Gymnastics Team next season.
Leadership Breakfast:
Attention students, please be checking your school email and look for an invitation to the Leadership Breakfast. An RSVP response is needed by this Friday, April 19. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Laingen or Mrs. Brewer.
