Senior Library Books:
Seniors need to get all library books returned or lost book fees paid by Thursday, May 15, so they will be cleared for senior checkout on Friday. All other grades can keep their library books until May 19.
Anything But A Backpack Day:
This is a reminder that this Thursday will be “Anything But a Backpack Day” at GHS. Have fun but it is important to follow the guidelines. If students are unsure of something- ask a teacher or GHS Admin for approval.
River Bandits Raffle:
Would you like to win 4 tickets to an upcoming QC River Bandits game? Enter the raffle in the Front Office for a chance to win. The raffle ends May 16th. The winning student must be willing to be at GHS on Friday, May 30th at 7:00 a.m. to meet the owner of the QC River Bandits to receive the 4 tickets. Please only enter the raffle drawing if you can be available that day.
Girls Tennis Sign Up:
Girls Tennis sign-up for next year will be in the Commons on Friday, May 16th and 23rd at 7:30 a.m. If you have any questions, please email Coach Reed.
Class Officer Elections:
Attention Class of 2028 and 2027, please check your email for the Class Officer Election ballots. Take some time to vote for your 2025-26 class officers. The Class of 2026 will not hold an election as there is only one candidate for each position. Ballots are now open and will close today at 3:00 p.m.
Attention Seniors:
Seniors, please check your email for important information about senior check out and forms that must be completed prior to check out on Friday. Please visit the counseling office if you have any questions.
Lost and Found:
The Lost and Found is officially overflowing and it's time for a clean-up! If you have misplaced any personal belongings, please take a moment to check the Lost and Found located in the front office. Starting this Thursday, May 15th, we will be implementing a "Lost and Free" table, where unclaimed items will be placed for anyone to pick up. Before we proceed with this arrangement, we want to give everyone a fair chance to retrieve their lost belongings.
Gray Matters Meeting:
Please join us for the Gray Matters meeting this Friday in the Concert Hall during WIN. Please check in with your WIN teacher before coming to the Concert Hall. Hope to see you there!
Music Festival Queen Pageant:
Information forms for the annual Geneseo Music Festival Queen Pageant are available in the Front Office. The Geneseo Rotary-sponsored pageant is Friday, June 13, in City Park, and the pageant is open to Geneseo High School graduating senior girls. Scholarships from the Rotary Club will be awarded to the Queen and four runners-up. Forms will be accepted in the GHS Front Office through Friday, May 23.
