NMSQT:
The Counseling Department is hosting sign-ups for the NMSQT. The NMSQT is a competitive exam for the National Merit Scholarship Program for Juniors only. The exam will be held on Wednesday, October 15th. It is $18 to take the test and payment is due at time of registration. If you're interested in taking the exam, money and registration are due by the end of the day on Friday, September 12th.
Wraps at Lunch:
Wraps will be starting on Monday, they will be available in the Deli on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. New this year we will have our Maple Leaf Mystery Wrap as our Friday Wrap.
Silver Cord Opportunity – Henry County Humane Society:
The Henry County Humane Society is looking for volunteers! Earn Silver Cord hours while helping animals in need. Applications are available in the Front Office.
Loras College & Midwest Technical Institute Visit:
Loras College will be visiting Geneseo High School today during WIN and Midwest Technical Institute during 6th period. Please remember to sign up before the visit in the Counseling Office.
Silver Cord Opportunity – Harold Neumann Project:
The Harold Neumann Project will be co-hosting an event at the Geneseo Museum for Trains, Planes & Automobiles on September 6th. We need people to sign up on Friday the 5th after school to help set up behind the museum. On Saturday the 6th we need people to help at individual games with kids and to give out prizes any time between 10-2. We will need cleanup people from 2-3:30 as well.
