Attention Students:

STRIVE Meeting:
Senior Students who have received an email and letter inviting them to the STRIVE scholarship meeting, this meeting will be taking place this Tuesday during WIN in the Theatre. Please check in with your WIN teacher before going down to the Theatre. For additional information, please reach out to Mrs. Lavine.
Speech Team:
Speech Team will start practicing at the end of October. Any students who would like to learn about Speech Team to see if it would fit into your winter plans, please attend one of the upcoming informational meetings. Meetings will be in the library before school on Tuesday, September 16 from 7:30-7:55 or after school on Tuesday, September 16 or Thursday September 18 from 3:10-3:40. See Mrs. Brucher or Ms. Buysse if you have any questions.
Foreign Language Club:
Attention all students interested in Foreign Language Club: Please attend our FIRST Foreign Language Club meeting on Wednesday, September 17th at 3:00 pm in room 3. We will be signing up to be on the FLC roster and answering any questions you may have. If you can't attend the meeting, be sure you at least come by to sign up to be on our roster. Thank you! Yearbook Club:
Attention All Students: On Tuesday, September 16th we will have a short meeting for anyone interested in Yearbook Club in Room 26 (Mrs. Brewer’s room) right after school. You can just take pictures, design pages, or do both! Our meeting will be done by 3:30. We hope to see you there!
Silver Cord Opportunity – National School Lunch Week:
Would you like to help make posters, decorations, and help decorate the cafeteria to celebrate National School Lunch Week? We are looking for some creative students to help us with creating decorations and decorating the cafeteria and commons. If you are interested in helping out, please come to the cafeteria after school on September 17th to find out more.
Eastern Illinois University Visit:
Eastern Illinois University will be visiting Geneseo High School today during 7th period. Please remember to sign up before the visit in the Counseling Office.
Silver Cord Opportunity – Henry County Humane Society:
The Henry County Humane Society is looking for volunteers! Earn Silver Cord hours while helping animals in need. Applications are available in the Front Office.
