Attention Bowlers:
All Girls and Boys interested in participating in the Bowling teams this Winter should stop by the Commons on Thursday, September 25 between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. for more information and to sign up. Coaches will be available to take down your information and give you more details.

Homecoming Candidate Nominations:
Ballots are now open to select the 2025 Homecoming Candidates. All students should check your email for a Google Form/ballot that was sent from Mrs. Brewer. Please vote soon as the ballots will close at 3:00 pm today.
Monmouth College Visit:
On Tuesday, September 23, Monmouth College will be visiting Geneseo High School during WIN. If you are interested in meeting with Monmouth College, please visit the Counseling Office for more details and to sign up. You must sign up before to obtain a pass, and confirm the visit will be taking place.
Scholastic Bowl:
ALL JV and Varsity Scholastic Bowl team members should plan to attend an important meeting on Monday, September 22, in Mrs. Anton’s room (17) at 3:10 pm. Plan to attend for at least the first 15 minutes. After the information portion, we may have a practice, or you may leave for other obligations.
SIU Edwardsville & Bradley Visit:
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville will be visiting Geneseo High School today during 6th period and Bradley University during 7th period. Please remember to sign up before the visit in the Counseling Office.
Silver Cord Opportunity – Geneseo Country Club:
There is an opportunity for Silver Cord hours at the Geneseo Country Club this Saturday at 9:00 a.m. If you're interested in more information, contact Dan Manna at the Geneseo Country Club. danmanna12825@gmail.com
Senior Group Picture:
On Tuesday, September 23rd during WIN senior students will be heading out to the football field (gym if raining) for the senior group picture. Senior students should report to WIN for attendance and then come to the location. The picture will be over before WIN is done, so students will return to their WIN room for further attendance and learning center purposes.
Procedures/rules of the picture:
1. All students will stand on the bleachers facing the camera.
2. All students will place their hands behind their backs.
3. All students will follow the directions of the photographer/yearbook advisors/administrators during the process.
4. ANY student not following the rules will receive discipline and will incur costs of editing the picture to remove their misbehavior.
Silver Cord Opportunity – Harvest Fest:
There are Silver Cord opportunities this weekend for Geneseo Harvest Fest. Any student wishing to earn Silver Cord hours can reach out to chairperson Jen Gernant. Email: jcgernant@outlook.com
These are short 2 hour shifts between the hours of 2pm and 8pm. You can work as many as you want.
Silver Cord Opportunity – Henry County Humane Society:
The Henry County Humane Society is looking for volunteers! Earn Silver Cord hours while helping animals in need. Applications are available in the Front Office.
