Simpson College Visit:
On Thursday, September 29th, Simpson College will be visiting Geneseo High School during WIN. If you are interested in meeting with Simpson College please visit the Counseling Office for more details and to sign up. You must sign up before the visit to obtain a pass, and confirm the visit will be taking place.
Register To Vote:
Any Seniors who are interested in learning how to register to vote, please join Mrs. Taylor in the theatre on Tuesday, October 4 during WIN. All Seniors are welcome, but if you are currently 18, or will be 18 by November 8, then this will allow you to vote in the upcoming election!
College 101 Group:
Are you planning on attending college next year, but still have a lot of questions? Check out the College 101 group! This group is for seniors who want more information about all things college, deciding where to apply, picking the right school, how to pay and more! This group will meet in the theatre every Thursday, beginning October 6, during WIN for 6-8 weeks. If you are interested, please stop by the counseling office to sign up by Friday, September 30!
Junior & Senior Study Hall Release Info for October:
Students will receive ineligibility notices Thursday, September 29 and Friday, September 30. Study Hall release will begin on Monday, October 3.
Speech Team Meeting:
Do you dream of becoming a lawyer, politician, podcaster, influencer, teacher, or actor? Build your speaking confidence by competing on the GHS Speech Team.
Learn more about it by attending an informational meeting on Tuesday, September 27 from 3:15-3:45 p.m. or Thursday, September 29 from 7:35-7:55 a.m. Both meetings will be held in the library. See Mrs. Brucher or Mrs. Buysse with questions.
