Even though the colder weather is here, students will be going outside for recess each day, unless the temperature is below 10 degrees. Don’t forget to bring your coat with you to lunch.
Attention NFL Pick Em: It was another eventful NFL weekend with the Chiefs and 49ers losing and several games that could have gone either way. Congratulations to Brooke Herington and Mr. Johnson who tied for the win this week with 108 points. Mr. Johnson has been a long time player over the years and few times, if ever, winner so hopefully this week was extra sweet for you Mr. Johnson! The team of Colton Crutcher and Will Ehlert lead the overall standings with 722 points. Picks are due by the end of the day today. Good luck!
Chess club is upon us once again GMS!! All are welcome! If you enjoy playing chess or have never played before, come to learn about pawns, bishops, and those tricky knights. If you’re interested, there will be an informational meeting after school in the library on Monday, November 6th. If you are unable to attend please contact Mr. Verner in room 606.
