Attention all 7th and 8th grade students:  Track and Field season is starting soon!  If you are interested in joining the track and field teams, check your email.  Coach Ehlert has sent out a letter with a Google Form sign up link.  Your parents have been emailed this information as well.

Practices will begin Monday, March 4th.  If you have any questions, you can ask any of the coaches: Mr. Ehlert, Mrs. Gillespie, Mr. Monier, Mrs. Wagner, Mr. Mathew, Mrs. Puls or Mr. Babcock.

Congrats to the 7th-grade February students of the month. From House 7-1 Kenzi Hasson & Wesley Graham. From House 7-2 Payton Riffe and Kellen Minder. We appreciate your positive attitude and willingness to work hard. Keep up the great work!

Attention Hoops Fans: Our Lady Leafs traveled to Rock Island to take on the Jordan Jaguars. Our 7's were in a back and forth, nail biting game. Our Lady Leafs made 9 free throws in the 4th quarter to help secure the narrow 29-25 victory. Way to hit those free throws! Our 8's tamed the Jaguars as well with stifling defense and an aggressive offense. Our Leafs hit the road again tonight traveling to Wilson. Good luck, girls!

The girls basketball B teams hosted Our Lady of Grace last night. There was awesome defense on both sides because of some aggressive work from both the 7th and 8th grade teams. The Crusaders came away with the win last night but the teams gained a lot of great skills throughout the night. The teams host East Moline Christian tonight!

Thank you to all who completed last week’s cafeteria challenge puzzles. Congratulations to these students whose correct answers have won them a prize: Sixth graders Madison Harris and Liam Campos, 7th grader Khloe VonHolten, 8th grader Madison Fontenoy, and once again the gold number puzzle was a true challenge with only two students completing it! Seventh grader Alec W. and 6th grader Ella Johnson both submitted correct answers. Please go to Mrs. Wagner's room 604 after announcements this morning to choose your prize. New challenges for this week have been posted in the cafeteria. Submit your answers by Friday to be in the running for this week’s drawing. Good luck!
