May is Mental Health Awareness month.  Today’s tip is to take care of your physical health.  Our physical health, which includes: our diet, sleep, and physical activity, all affect our mental health too. Take an honest look at your physical health and set a goal to improve one area of your physical health.  With time, this will help your mental health as well.

Students who are attending College for Kids and need transportation are welcome to pick up a Pink's bus form in the counseling office.

Congratulations to Mr. Monier’s first hour class for having the highest class average in the building for MAP Accelerator during March and April. They have earned themselves an ice cream sundae party during class this week. Other top classes in the building will be receiving coupons that can be redeemed for a popsicle during lunch this Friday. Your math teachers will be handing out the coupons to whoever has earned them. Make sure you bring it with you to lunch on Friday, no one will be sent back to their locker if they forget their coupon!
