On Friday, the Leafs traveled to Detweiller Park in Peoria for their largest meet of the season. Our runners competed against 50+ teams on the High School State course & showed how much they have improved the last 6 weeks! We had 18 athletes set a new personal best - great job Leafs! A special shoutout to the Top 7 boys, as they placed 3rd as a team! This is only the 3rd time in boy's program history that the Leafs have earned a team award at this meet. Medaling for the Leafs were Kyle Wirth (18th) and Will Ehlert (19th). Our last home meet is this Wednesday, as we host Conference! The first race is at 4:30 - come out and cheer on all our runners!
