Scholastic Bowl: Congratulations to our Scholastic Bowl Team last night at Colona! The 6th and 7th grade team representing GMS last night were: Kieran George, Matthew Werling, Shawn Pobanz, and Maura Hamilton. They claimed victory with a 170 to 90 win. The 8th grade team representing GMS last night were: Zach Blank, David Betcher, Lucas Fuelling, and Easton Sigwalt. They dominated with an impressive 340 to 150 win. Great job to both teams-knowledge is power and they proved it!
Attention Hoops Fans: We had a great turnout in the Machine Shed and love seeing all the classmates support their peers. In 7A action, the visiting John Deere Spartans were scorching the nets. They made 8 three pointers on the night. Our Leafs hung tough despite their hot shooting but we weren't able to overcome it falling 27-33. In 8A action, it was our Leafs who caught fire and played together from start to finish as we won big. We have a busy night of hoops for all of our Leafs. Our As travel to Edison and our Bs travel to Colona for our War on Wolf Road Rivalry game. Good luck Leafs!
