Attention Hoops Fans: It was a busy on the courts for our Lady Leafs. Our Bs traveled just west to take on our rival Colona. The 7B game definitely had a tense, rivalry like atmosphere and nail-biting finish. Our 7Bs hung tough and inspired by a big 3rd quarter took the game down to the final play. Our Leafs didn't get the final bounce we needed on a 3 point attempt and we lost by 3. In 8B action, the Colona Spartans were a very talented and skilled team and held command for the entire game. Ours traveled as well to take on the Edison Eagles, but it was our Lady Leafs who were soaring high. Both the 7A and 8A flew out to big, early leads and never looked back winning both games by 30+ points. Next up, our As travel to Seton on Monday. Good luck, Leafs!
