Attention Hoops Fans: Our Lady Leafs hosted the Glenview Gators last night. As the famous crocodile hunter, Steve Irwin, would say, "Crikey!" Our Lady Leafs dominated the Gators! Our 7As set the tone early and often and never let the Gators up for air, wrestling them to a near 30 point victory. In the 8th grade game, it was a clash of the Titans as both teams came into the game with undefeated records. But now, there is only one. Have no fear crocodile hunters, our 8As came out with laser-like focus and played with an intensity for four quarters that the Gators couldn't match staying undefeated with a double digit victory! Our B teams are going to do their own hunting tonight so come on out to the Machine Shed and check them out! Go Lady Leafs!
GMS Wrestling. Last night, the wrestling team traveled to Princeton to take on the Logan Lions. The Leafs came out strong and never looked back, earning a dominant 69–16 victory. The meet was never in doubt as the Leafs showed they are focused and ready for their matchup against John Deere tonight. Great job, Leafs, and good luck!
