Attention Hoops Fans: It was the A team's turn to have their own Pink Zone last night at the Machine Shed and it was another great atmosphere with pink all over! The 7As battled the Washington Warriors for a half and then decided enough was enough and went on a 28-6 run in the second half to distance themselves from the Warriors. In 8A action, they got scoring contributions with everyone with each player getting at least one basket. Way to share the rock and hunt for those gold medal shots, ladies! Next up, our Bs hit the road tonight traveling to Hampton. Also, reminder, tonight is the GHS Pink Zone to raise funds and awareness for Breast Cancer. Go Lady Leafs!
Wrestling: Last night the wrestling team traveled to Glenview to take on the Gators. It would be a back and forth affair. With the meet coming down to the last match. The Gators were able to pull out the win with the final score being 55-53. Tonight the leafs take on Colona in the battle of Wolf Road.
