Wrestling. Last night, the wrestling team took on the Morton Potters in a hard-fought matchup. The meet started as a back-and-forth battle, but Morton was able to seize the momentum and pull away, ultimately winning 58–32.
Ag Club: On Friday at 7:35 in room 801, we’re exploring From Seed to Sprout: Understanding Germination at Ag Club. You’ll learn how a seed grows, discover what it needs to germinate, and set up your own hands-on seed experiment. Come ready to grow your knowledge!
Attention all 7th and 8th grade students! Track and Field season is starting soon! If you are interested in joining the track and field teams, scan the QR code on one of the posters hanging in the hallways and in the locker rooms. You can also go to the “Coming Up” page on the GHS website and scroll down to an electronic version of the track poster to get the QR code to scan. Our informational meeting will be Wednesday, March 11th after school until 4:30 in the large gym. Practices will begin Monday, March 23rd. If you have any questions, you can ask any of the coaches: Mr. Ehlert, Mrs. Gillespie, Mr. Monier, Mrs. Henderson or Mr. Babcock.”
