Attention 6th Graders: March Madness and the NCAA tournament is getting closer! We think it's about time to have some of our own 'madness' in the 6th grade hallway! Starting next week, we will begin Contig Club on Wednesday mornings at 7:40 in Mrs. Johnson's room. You can come and play 'just for fun.' Or...if you would like some competition and 'madness,' you can sign up to enter the tournament bracket. You can be on a team of 1, 2, 3, or 4 players. You need to write your team name on a loose-leaf sheet of paper and include every player's first and last name. You can only be on one team. This will be due by the end of the day Friday and the madness will begin next Wednesday! If you have any questions please ask Mrs. Henderson or Mr. Monier.
Attention Hoops Fans: Our Bs hosted Montmorency here at the Machine Shed last night. 7Bs faced a suffocating 1-3-1 defense. We played some great defense of our own to keep us in it but Montmorency pulled away late. That was the season finale for our 7Bs who showed a ton of growth and potential throughout the year for what is sure to be an exciting future. In 8B action, our Lady Leafs had their hands full with a very talented and aggressive opponent. We showed a few sparks throughout but were never able to catch fire as Montmorency pulled away for a big win. Next up, our 8Bs will be here at home tonight and our As travel to Glenview to cap off the rest of our seasons. Go Lady Leafs!
This is a reminder to all students who qualified for this year's Caudill reading program. You need to check your school email for the link to vote for your favorite book for the state program. You have until Monday morning to get in your vote. See Mrs. Brucher or Mrs. Sager if you have any questions.
Ag Club. Tomorrow at 7:35, head over to the health room for Ag Club! We are going to play a fun game to learn about different agriculture careers! Don’t miss out - see you in room 801 at 7:35
