Volleyball Greens:
7th Grade: First game of the week for the Greens Volleyball, coming right out of the gate with some intense play, and getting so close to that win! The growth from last week to this week so far was incredible! Starting with some Ace serves were Anna Carlson with 2, Eden Ebert, Morgan Bomleny, Molly Dye and Breckyn Granell with 1 Ace Each! The net play had some good action with Eden Ebert and Anna Meints each with an Attack at the net. And making sure the ball got in the air with some digs was Anna Carlson with 2 and Morgan Bomleny and Breckyn Granell with 1 dig each also! Come out tonight and support the Green at Home against Seton!!
8th Grade battled a tough Morrison team, falling 2-1 with scores of 23-25, 25-13, 10-15. The girls showed so much improvement from last week and played really well together! Aces: Aubrey DeGrave, Parker Wilcox-Smith & Hannah DeJohn – 3 each; Lilah Ruby & Hadleigh Mendoza – 2 each; Beau Bomleny & Chuck Spindel – 1 each. Chuck, Hannah & Hadleigh each added a dig on defense, and Emmery Williamson came up with a solo block! Emmery Williamson & Aaliyah Medina had 3 successful attacks each, Lilah added 2, and Hadleigh connected on a great back-row attack! Aubrey led the offense with 10 assists, and Parker added 2 assists herself. The Greens fought hard, worked as a team, and showed how much they’ve grown already. Back at home tomorrow against Seton — can’t wait to see what they do next!

Volleyball Whites:
7th grade put up a tough fight against Edison Junior High. We were tied until the very end where we rallied hard and lost. Graysen Hintgen and Paceyn Davis served 4 amazing aces each, and Ivery Hull pressured the net with 5 attacks.
8th grade won both sets at Edison and played hard until the end! Gwen Grimes had 8 phenomenal assists and Sam Minnaert had kept an amazing defense. Great job 8th grade Whites!
