Picture Day! A reminder that picture day is this Wednesday, September 16th. Bring your smiles. Students will receive a card in homeroom that morning and should bring it to PE that day. No need to bring money for picture orders to school. It will be done online at a later time.

On Saturday, GMS Softball started the game behind 3-0. In the fourth inning they started to chip away at Dunlap. Mara Castro hit a double, and her pinch runner Beau Bomleny scored on a hit from Harper Peters. In the 5th inning, GMS tied it up with singles by Sienna Temperley, Samantha Minnaert-Yocum, Mara Castro, and Elia Patikowski. In the bottom of the 6th inning the Leafs got a 2 out rally going when Natalia Smith singled scoring Tommie Bess, then Sienna singled on a bunt, and Samantha hit her in. SCORE 5-3. GMS held them in the top of the 7th to win the regional championship. Mara Castro earned the win in the circle. The sectional championship will be tomorrow at 4:30 at EastSide Center vs. the Washington Central Trojans.
