It’s an exciting day at GMS for 8th graders. They are meeting with GHS Counselors to begin Freshman Course Scheduling, and learn about what it means to be a high school student. It’s right around the corner 8th graders, get ready!

8th grade science students simulated Rutherford’s Gold Foil Experiment today, working to understand size and density of a nucleus compared to an atom.
These 5th grade students are playing a game of Yahtzee. It requires mental math, decision making skills, and strategic planning to score the most points. Of course, getting a Yahtzee is a bonus because it adds 50 points to your score.

This program is on the Geneseo Schools website under Community Resources. Middle Schoolers are starting to take their first steps in the path of college and career readiness, with the goal of exploration and making connections.

Tables for the FFA and Ag Alumni’s Trivia Night on Saturday, February 18 are on sale now.
The event, which is the group’s largest fundraiser of the year, will be held at St. Malachy’s Hall with doors opening at 5:30 pm and trivia beginning at 6:00 pm.
