March Madness Week is still going strong at Northside. 2nd Grade is practicing their jump shots and are excited to be future Leafs and Lady Leafs. Lots of fun and ability in the gym.





It was March Madness Week at Northside. Congratulations to our future basketball All Stars on a tough victory in the Knockout Challenge. Congratulations to the grade winners!


Northside Students created a masterpiece at Family Reading Night. They had a lot of fun as well. One of many great activities that night.





Congratulations to our February Students of the Month. These students have done a great job being leaders in the classroom and with their peers. We will celebrate the December, January, and February Students of the Month at our Student of the Month Breakfast on March 17 @ 7:30.



Due to the winter storm impacting the area, all Geneseo schools will be canceled for Thursday, February 16, 2023.


Northside students are working on their endurance through a "Jump Rope" challenge. It's a great way to support the Kids Heart Challenge through the American Heart Association and they are having a blast doing it.

Congratulations to our January Students of the Month. These boys and girls are leaders in the classroom, treat others with kindness and respect, and do their best each day. We are so proud of each of you.


This amazing group of girls asked if they could do something special for staff on their birthday and decorate their rooms. They bought all the supplies and have been celebrating with some amazing decorations. Proud of these girls and their willingness to put others first.

Huge shoutout to our HS Robotics Team for presenting to Northside 5th Grade Students. Students were excited to learn about the possibilities ahead and asked a lot of great questions.

As we welcome back students in anticipation of a great 2023, we want to remind our families of some important dates on our calendar in January. There will be a 1-hour early release this Friday, January 13. Also, there is no school on Monday, January 16 or Friday, January 27.
